Memphis Belle
I never like much of battle/war movies much actually.
But yesterday, I was off, and my dad was watching this movie, and so I sat down and watch too.
This war movie wasn’t like any others that normally about the senarios or history of a certain place. This one is about the war plane “Memphis Belle” or just “Belle” as the soldiers would call her. It is a World War II bomber with all young crews onboard, they have to finish their 25th and final mission in 1943, to Bremen bombing a Nazi supply factory, after that they can all go home. I wouldn’t say much about the story, you have to watch it yourself, worth the time.
After watching it, I really feel like mentioned by families of the soldiers in the movies, there’s many other ways of solving political problems other then war.

I searched up info about Belle. It is still now at National Museum of the United States Air Force. It was the first US bomber to complete 25 combat missions with its crews intact. Maybe it’s a lucky plane after all =D I wish I would one day gets to see it.
Do check out its OST too, it includes the famous tune Danny Boy or Londonderry Air.
I am now too reading an e-book written by the pilot of Memphis Belle, Col. Robert K. Morgan who passed away in 15 May 2004. This book “The Man Who Flew Memphis Belle” was published in 2001. He would visit Belle every year he said in the book. I guess now, Belle would miss him already.

I heard his new album is coming out soon.

Sunday again
Sunday again yes.
And I finally have mood to sit down here and blog a bit.
Nowadays Sundays for me is not as hectic but I have lots to do and with CNY coming also.
I tried to clean up my rooms for the past month but I really don’t have a good time to do so, and I’m always tired.
Woke up around 10.30am this morning. Made myself clean up my wadrobe, packed away many clothes, not exactly old ones but those that I seldom wear and don’t want to wear. Coz no point buy to keep so many clothes when we also buy new clothes, my small wadrobe will burst la XD Oh well, didnt pack away as many clothes as the last round, but still feel relieved a bit seeing my wadrobe clears up a bit haha~ Ah well, still many clothes on the bed need to clean up….. later la!
Back to this room, my floor is full of books, papers, junk etc…..(cleanest spot at the electone) Ah well, I shredded manyyyyyyy unwanted papers n scores, FUN! Finally below my table have leg space, threw many junks away. But still a lot more to go. Well I don’t want to keep so many things to collect dust when/if I m going (whoever knows what i meant, shhh =P)
Really “no eye see” la. So sat down to check a bit of my music homework before I head of to teacher’s house for electone lesson later. Took in and start drinking a bottle of yogurt *slurp* and started blogging this~! I should be doing my work and preparing for a test next month, shiat!
Yes, I’m awfully STRESSED now!
But everytime I am, I think of * months down the road where I maybe at, I am so excited already! I totally missing that place! Really hope I am going there~
Hmm, 4pm now, should be moving on and do something else!
